 ARCHITECTURE TOUR

H3 Building
and
Aqualuna & Aquabella Condominiums

TFVA members so enjoyed the location of our opening meeting in September 2025, we knew we had to return! Our tour begins with an overview of the plans for the Bayside waterfront area, provided by Waterfront Toronto which has its offices in the Hines H3 building . The tour will then proceed on foot to the adjacent Aqualuna and Aquabella condominiums (a Leeds Platinum Tridel/Hines project), designed by Denmark-based 3XN Architects in collaboration with Kirkor Architects. Their undulating and stepped design maximizes views of the waterfront.
