Toronto based visual artist Stephen Andrews is the winner of the $25,000 Lifetime Artistic Achievement Award as a part of the Governor General’s Awards in Visual and Media Arts. The announcement made by the Canada Council honors Andrews’ thirty year career in Canada and abroad.
